The company’s entry into the market under the name HORMEN CE a.s. and its founders, who started modestly in one room at one table in 2004. Over the next four years, thanks to persistence and hard work, the company began its own production of lighting fixtures in Vrchlabí.
Another milestone for the company came eight years after its founding, with the acquisition of the fully operational and reliable company Olli, which was also involved in lighting production. This acquisition brought new production processes and technologies, which proved to be absolutely crucial for the company's future growth.
With the help of subsidies from European funds, HORMEN invested in innovation by purchasing essential machines and relocating the development of new products to Brno. This move enabled our company to respond better and faster to specific project requirements.
